The agreement
The deal, in full.
On the lens
Assigned at signing
The Director assigns Nori as Camera Operator, DOP, or both — written in when you sign.
Creative scope
Nori's creative input covers that role only. It does not extend to directing, script, acting, editing or other departments.
Other gear
Add-ons, audio and lights are handled by crew the Director assigns, or NRK Media crew hired at a quoted rate. The Producer is liable for gear handled by its own crew.
Safety first
Nori may stop any shot that is unsafe for people or equipment.
What you give back
Logos everywhere
NRK Media, Gear Rental and Noriaki Isobe logos on all materials — poster, trailer, film credits, social posts, press kit and premiere.
Credit lines
"In collaboration with NRK Media", "Camera equipment provided by Gear Rental", plus Nori's Camera Operator / DOP credit. Copyright stays with you; NRK's financial interest is below.
Approvals
Official logo files only, no edits — download the logo pack →. Send materials to NRK before release; no reply within 3 business days counts as approval.
Portfolio use
NRK may use behind-the-scenes content, stills and the trailer in its own portfolio and social media.
A festival run
Submit the finished film to at least one festival within [6] months of completion, with proof to NRK. Entries, awards and free online release stay within the collab.
A screener
Send NRK a screener copy of the final film.
What the production covers

Looking after the kit
Two IDs
Two valid IDs of the Producer on file before check-out.
Checked in & out
All gear is checked, photographed and signed out and back in.
Loss or damage
Producer pays repair or full replacement for loss, theft or damage, and the daily rate for late return.
No sub-renting
No sub-renting or lending. Overnight storage only at a secured, agreed location.
Your footage
The SSD stays NRK's. Back up footage daily to your own drives; NRK wipes the media after return.
A safe set
By the book — Eddie Garcia Act.
- No 24-hour or lock-in shoots.
- Waiting time on set and out-of-town travel count as working hours.
- These limits cover Nori, NRK Media crew and the Producer's own crew. The Producer, as the production, is responsible for compliance.
- If the schedule breaks these limits, Nori and NRK Media crew may wrap and leave without breaching this agreement. Any extra day needed is billed as an add-on.
